Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a membership of professional accountancy qualifications in MIA, CPA or ACCA.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Accountancy and Finance.
- Experience of handling full sets of accounts, management reporting, monthly closing.
- Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with Autocount Software.
- Possess good working attitude with analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Can liaise with bankers, auditors etc.
- Strong leadership skill.
- To have a growth mindset and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements- License E full / GDL License.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin / English / Malay.
- Willing to learn, hardworking and responsible.
- Familiar with the road map.
- Can go for outstation.
- Ensure the stocks delivered are correct and tally with the delivery order.
- Loading and unloading goods from lorry to designated outlet.
- Keeping a company vehicle clean and sanitised.
- Adhering to the road safety precautions and regulations.
Requirements- To assist in handling a full spectrum of human resource activities including payroll. recruitment, resignation, staff welfare, training & development, performance management, activities/interactions and HR projects.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Evaluating and assisting in employee performance reviews and development.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Suggest new HR strategies and lead and/or partake in HR transformational projects for organisational improvement/development.
- Diploma/Degree holder in HR field.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- At least 3 years experience in HR executive role
- Familiar with Vimigo Software.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees to build a high morale and supportive working environment.
- To have a growth mindset and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
